These terms will be governed by English law. All disputes related to any of these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES AND ENTRY
1. Any errors made in the purchasing of tickets online must be referred to The Yacht Vault Ltd within 48 hours. In line with the Data Protection Act, contact must be made by the purchaser.
2. The Yacht Vault Ltd has a policy of no refunds unless a seminar is cancelled.
3. We regret that refunds may not be given for purchased tickets.
4. Tickets may only be sent to the purchaser. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all details regarding the booking are correct.
5. While the venue will endeavor to ensure that the ticket holder is allocated the seat to which the ticket refers, it reserves the right to substitute the seat with another whenever it is deemed necessary.
6. In the event that the event to which the ticket refers to is postponed and rescheduled, the ticket remains valid for the rescheduled event.
7. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event for any reason.
8. In the event of cancellation of the event, we will provide a refund less an amount to cover the cost of administration.
9. Right of admission is reservedand is subject to the event organiser and the venues terms of admission.
10. All bookings and ticket purchases are non-transferable and may not be sold or transferred by you.
11. Although we will endeavor to adhere to the publicised contents of the events or seminar, you accept that at our sole discretion, we have the right to alter elements of the event, including any advertised appearances.
12. Audio or visual recordings of the event are prohibited. Still cameras (not professional) are permitted but images may only be used for private purposes and not public display.
13. Patrons offer consent to be included in film and sound recordings of the event and for these recordings to be used by the event organizer.
14. It is a condition of entry that you submit to a search of person or possessions on entry to the venue if we decide to take such action.
15. Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced or not purchased through the authorised point of sale.
16. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability of any nature for the acts, omissions or default of those providing services in connection with ‘The Yacht Vault Ltd ’ or any liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay or additional expenses which are incurred at or in association with this event. Where legislation implies any condition or warranty which cannot be excluded or modified, that condition or warranty will be deemed to be included in this agreement. However, our liability for any breach of such condition or warranty will be limited, at our option, to the resupply of the services or the cost of having the services supplied again.
17. The Yacht Vault Ltd and the venue do not take any responsibility for any loss or damage to the property (including personal property such as bags, money or other personal items) brought to or purchased at the event by you.
18. You will be liable for any loss or damage caused at the event by you.
19. We reserve the right to refuse entry or evict any persons from the event should your behaviour be inappropriate, disorderly and offensive.
20. Following your ticket booking, The Yacht Vault Ltd will collect and hold personal information about you including your name, address, credit card or payment details, telephone number and the names of all ticket allocations. We may need to disclose your personal information as required by law or as permitted under the Privacy Act. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we will handle your personal information.
21. Organiser has discretion to charge an entry fee on the day of the show if the visitor has failed to register.
